Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Prime Store. Please read the information below to understand how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing All orders are processed from our fulfillment location at 68 Homes Park Ave, Iselin, New Jersey 08830, United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping options and rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Express: 12.00, estimated delivery in 1–2 business days
- Standard: 10.00, estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
Delivery estimates Delivery times are estimates counted from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed, and do not include the processing time above. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, peak periods, or incorrect address details are outside our control, though we will always help you follow up.
Order tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you have not received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may require an additional shipping charge.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Changes and cancellations If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order has been dispatched; once it has shipped, it cannot be changed.
Taxes and duties All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
